Setting Goals
Remember to set SMART goals!!
S – specific, significant, stretching
M – measurable, meaningful, motivational
A – agreed upon, attainable, achievable, acceptable, action-oriented
R – realistic, relevant, reasonable, rewarding, results-oriented
T – time-based, time-bound, timely, tangible, trackable
Once you’ve worked out what you want make sure you write them down!! They should be present tense, positive and specific statements such as “I run 2 hours every week.”
When you write it down your conscious and subconscious mind can then start working towards the goal.
Finally, read the goals every morning and night. Rewrite them. Visualize the goals as already achieved.
We hope you achieve all your goals this year. We are here to help you achieve your health goals.
