In case you missed it we are now in NOVEMBER, I know where did the other ten months of 2018 go? Here are a few tips to finish the year off strong and start 2019 better than 2018.
1. Check in with yourself – What did you want to achieve this year? Have you achieved this? If not think of ways that you can complete your goals so they aren’t hanging over you next year.
2. Start forward planning – What do you want 2019 to bring for you? Start setting your goals and planning how you will achieve them.
3. Health check in – This isn’t just about physical issues, have a think about your mental health, stress levels and emotional health.Trauma isn’t just physical, emotional issues, stress and mental health can have a huge affect on how your body is able to function. At the end of the year we sometimes forget about our health and just tick the boxes to get things done. Take time for yourself everyday to make sure you are your best self for the start of 2019. This can include a diet improvement, starting or increasing exercise (even if its just a walk around the block), having a massage (treat yourself!) and getting support if you feel your head space isn’t in a good place.
4. Come see us to get your Nervous System in check! – Your nervous system is involved in every function of your body, so if its not functioning at it’s best neither will you.
